The Human Resources section is responsible for :

  • Advising the Commission on strategic management of human resource
  • Developing the Commission’s Human Capital through employee engagement, talent management, learning and development programs.
  • Designing human resource policies and procedures and ensuring fair and consistent implementation of the same.
  • Designing jobs to ensure operational efficiency and quality of service.
  • Managing change initiatives in the Commission.
  • Advising on strategic human resource planning.
  • Guiding the recruitment and selection process and ensuring proper placement.
  • Implementing the performance management process in the Commission with an aim of establishing a high performing culture.
  • Processing employee salary and benefits.
  • Discipline management.
  • Providing employee welfare services.
